Proposed Staged Lot Releases
Daradgee Rural Lifestyle is proposed to be released in five stages, subject to all required works and approvals being completed.
The first stage is planned for release during the 2026/2027 financial year, starting with lots towards the lower part of the subdivision. Further stages will then progressively move up the slope, with the final stage currently planned for 2030/2031.

How will the lots be offered for sale?
Each stage will have its own Offer Date. This is the date by which interested buyers will be invited to submit their offer by email.
Each lot will have a nominated starting value, with buyers invited to submit offers above this amount.
